
Béatrice T. Ngatcha is a registered Canadian and United States patent agent having doctoral and post-doctoral training in chemistry. She joined Goudreau Gage Dubuc in 2010 having been practicing in the field of intellectual property since 2000. She is also a lawyer called to the Ontario Bar and the Barreau du Québec in 2010.
Her Patent Agent practice covers the areas of chemistry (organic/medicinal), biochemistry and biotechnology. Her practice includes domestic and foreign patent prosecution, and the development and management of patent portfolios. She also provides opinions and counselling regarding patentability patent validity and infringement matters, as well as regulatory affairs.
