Hugh Mansfield has been practising in the intellectual property field since 2000 and has been a member of the firm since January 2001. He is a lawyer and a registered patent agent in both Canada and the United States. Before practicing in intellectual property, Hugh Mansfield worked for over six years in Germany within a major systems house, developing both air-ground data links and software simulating data communications in the aviation field. He became a partner of the firm in 2005 and was appointed senior partner on January 1, 2008.
